We now operate a 48,000 sqft facility, supported by a dedicated team of over 100 employees.
Our automated production line allows us to process more than 12,000 tons of steel per year, making us a leader in the industry!

President
Pascal began his journey in the construction industry at a young age, working alongside his father on various job sites. The world of construction has always fascinated him, and after gaining valuable experience at a company in Laval, where he participated in opening a new division and training employees, he decided to strike out on his own.
In the early 2000s, he had the privilege of co-founding Métautek with his parents. Together, they built the company from the ground up. When his parents retired in 2012, his brother, sister, and he took over the business. They continued to grow, tackling new sectors.
For over 15 years, I have worked in the field of human resources. I was an HR manager and consultant coach for several companies before joining Metautek.
I believe in people and their potential. I am guided by deep values such as commitment, collective dynamism, cooperation, transparency, and active listening. I strive to create a healthy environment, a strong culture, and a collaborative work framework across all the teams in the organization.
For over 25 years, Marc-André has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in various construction sectors.
After several years on job sites, he transitioned to project management, where he can leverage his creativity in problem-solving with a high level of commitment to his clients.
His versatility, rigor, and leadership are always present to ensure the success of various projects.
With over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and project management, Céline joined Métautek in 2022 as Controller.
Her participation in several large-scale real estate development projects led her to make the leap into the construction field.
The growth of Métautek and the development of new markets require the implementation of several processes and controls, where her diligence and sense of responsibility are put to work.
With 27 years in the steel structure field, Martin has gained experience and specialized in client approach by offering personalized estimation services to find economical solutions for projects.
Management, coordination, schedule control, budget tracking, quality assurance, and client satisfaction are integral to his greatest values and career experiences.
With over 27 years of experience in the construction field, Jean-Francois has held various positions, both in on-site work coordination and project management, before evolving into the role of general contractor.
After joining the Métautek team, he participated in all aspects of the organization, which allowed him to acquire in-depth expertise in business management in the steel manufacturing sector.
